Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your wallpaper in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
